Most entertaining deal or case:
“Not an enjoyable experience, but the most memorable for me was having to go along to an
Estate Agency chain’s Christmas party, which was being held on a boat on the
Thames, to give the news that the business was in trouble and that they would all be made
redundant.”
What I like about my job: “Helping people with what seem to them like insurmountable problems. Every day is different, often hectic, and I like being involved in running a wide range of businesses.” Proudest professional moments: “Successfully restructuring the Estate Agency business mentioned above so that everyone’s job was saved.” Interests outside work: Has held a season ticket for Chelsea Football club for more than 25 years, although his son supports Liverpool!
